Logic and the dynamics of information Johan van Benthem, Amsterdam & Stanford We discuss how issues of information and computation interact with logic today, and what might be a natural extended agenda of investigation beyond traditional single-agent models of interpretation and reasoning. The talk moves from basic logics of communication to strategic interaction in games, and then to logical aspects of longer term phenomena like stability of rational practices. Finally, we reassess the role of cognitive reality vis-a-vis logical theory.
