Notice: if you plan to take the shuttle bus from Indianapolis Air Port, it is suggested that you make the reservation in advance.We are trying to arrange with the Bloomington Shuttle people to stop at Wilkie Hall. As of June 13, we know that the 6:40 shuttle will drop at Wilkie but the others as of now do not. If more people reserve spots on the shuttle, it is more likely that they'll agree. Getting to BloomingtonWe have arranged rooms in Wilkie Dorm. Wilkie Dorm has rooms available for $37.00/night/person + 11% tax. These are air-conditioned rooms in a renovated building walking distance from the lectures. All rooms are singles, and two rooms share a connecting bath. The phone jacks are active in each residential room, so individuals with modems can hook up there. Parking is available near Wilkie Hall for $4/day. The permits are sold at the Wilkie desk The Wilkie dorms are about 0.7 miles from the classrooms. The IMU is closer. The dorm rooms are available for any time period between June 14 and June 23 but reservation is recommended. To reserve, please send an email message to nasslli@indiana.edu. Be sure to include your GENDER, full name, date of arrival and date of departure. If your check in time is after 5PM please include the expected check in time also. You will pay on-site with CASH or CHECK when you check in. NO credit card is accepted. Once again, we can reserve the rooms for you, and you will pay when you check in with only cash or check. (nearby ATM machine is available) Registration will be in the center desk, in the North Tower of Wilkie Hall. (See quadrant A in the university map.) If you are coming from the IMU, follow 7th Street until you come to Rose Street. Then turn right (south) on Rose. The entrance is a few yards (meters) down the street.
